Ullrich is the Group Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Elsahal Group of companies, he is of German and Nigerian Nationality. Ullrich is a graduate of Ruprecht Karls Universität, Heidelberg, Germany. Before he joined Elsahal Group, Ullrich was a Lawyer and Consultant at Awani and partners, Managing Director of Globe Commodities International GmbH Frankfurt a.M. (Germany), Managing Director, Praulli Investment Ltd, Research Assistant for Dr. Stephan Spehl Baker McKenzie Frankfurt a.M., Germany, Ullrich is a member of German Lawyer’s Association.

Kamaludeen Balarabe Muhammmad
Managing Director, Sahal Properties and Ground Logistics Limited
Born in the ancient city of kano, Kamal boasts of a portfolio you can take to the bank any day. With different degrees in building technology/quantity surveying to an MBA in Project management in Turkish Nile university, kamal is truly a force to reckon with In his discipline. Backed with professional credits in quantity surveying and administration some of which includes; MNIQS, RQS, AMCIA, MNATE, and RICS London, he also holds the corporate Membership grade of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), Kamal is a fully registered member of the Quantity Surveyors Board of Nigeria (QSRBN), Associate member of the of the Institute of Corporate Administration (AMCIA) and Member National Association of Technologies in Engineering.
Kamal has been a core professional that engaged in the construction industry since his early stages. He served in Standard Construction Limited in the year 2000 as a student trainee, COBAG PRIME LIMITED, as a road work supervisor before joining COX, INTEGRATED LIMITED where he rose through the ranks from a site supervisor in 2008 to project manager in 2014.
Kamal is currently a Principal Consultant and Managing partner with KAMS and PARTNERS LIMITED and EL-SAHAL GROUP OF COMPANIES, Nigeria. He has managed several projects to successful completion to the satisfaction of his employers.
Uweh Franklin
Managing Director, Sahal Nigeria Limited
Uweh Franklin is a graduate of Civil and Structure Engineering from the University of Benin, Edo State. A member in lieu of the council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Hardworking and resourceful and detailed, Franklin always ensures all tasks are done with quality and in a timely manner.
Before joining Elsahal group, Franklin was a project manager with Sahara Group for 12 years, with his wealth of experience in both real estate and construction of high rise building.
Joseph Mbaeru
Group Executive Director, Trade and investment, Elsahal Group (UK) Ltd
Joseph Mbaeru was appointed a director Of Elsahal group (UK) in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (B.A) and Foundation Degree (FdA) from Newman University, Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is the founder of Orchid Counselling and Psychotherapy Ltd and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). In 2003, he was inducted as a member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Training Managers of Nigeria (ICTM) as a distinguished honorary council member. He is also a member of Junior Chambers International (JCI), Nigeria chapter.
He brings operational and technical understanding with significant experience working with National Health Services (NHS), extensive knowledge, and experience of the property sector combined with strong operational leadership and financial and strategic management skills to the Board. He has considerable experience in investment returns, general management, and leadership.
Fitzgerald Unuigboje
Group Executive Director, Business Development, Elsahal Group (UK)Limited
Fitzgerald Unuigboje is a UK Citizen and resident with over 15 years experience in Project Management and Control. He holds a degree in Geography and Regional Planning, AAU, Nigeria and is currently studying for a Bsc in Quantity Survey and Commercial Management, University Of East London.
He currently works with London Array Limited, the biggest offshore wind-farm in the world as a Project Manager and sits on the boards of Two other UK Companies. He brings on board, extensive Project Management skills that enable efficient and timely delivery of projects within schedule in a cost effective manner. He is married with children.
